Course Description

This Reading/ELA course is designed to enhance students' reading comprehension, writing skills, and language arts abilities through engaging texts and interactive activities.

Course Objectives

• Develop reading fluency and comprehension skills.
• Enhance vocabulary through context and word analysis.
• Improve writing skills through various styles, including narrative and informative writing.
• Foster critical thinking through discussion and analysis of texts.
• Meet Alabama Language Arts Standards for 4th grade.

A 90% to 100%

B 80% to 89%

C 70% to 79%

D 60% to 69%

F 59% to below

Course Outline
