Mrs. Melissa Francis
Hello, my name is Mrs.Francis, and I am excited to be part of Thee Houston Elementary School this year. I have been in education for twenty years
and currently teaching Science 6th grade. Teaching is more than a career for me—it’s a calling and a passion. I believe every student has unique
gifts and the ability to grow when they are encouraged, challenged, and supported.
My teaching philosophy is centered on building strong relationships, creating a positive and engaging classroom environment, and inspiring
students to see their own potential.
